LT-100®

1" high standing seam concealed fastener panel for commercial/industrial, residential applications that provides coverage over solid decking in 12", 16" and 18" widths.

HT-150®

1 ½" high standing seam concealed fastener panel for commercial/industrial, residential applications that provides coverage over solid decking in 11", 15" and 17" widths.

Product Features

  • LT-100® features a 1 inch high batten.


  • HT-150® features a 1 1/2 inch high batten.


  • Both products are representative of the standing seam panels seen consistently on metal roofing over the years.


  • Both are precision leveled in line with state-of-the-art Herr/Voss equipment to significantly reduce the effects of oil canning.


  • All panels can be manufactured with or without striations. Striations are recommended.


  • Both products are available in 24-gauge G-90 galvanized steel painted with the unique COLOR LOC® Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000® painting system.


  • Factory-applied sealants.


  • Colors: Coastal White, Dark Bronze, Medium Bronze, Beaufort Blue, Hilton Head Green, Patina, Ruby Red, Sahara Tan, Sand Stone, Stone Gray. Classic Copper, Spring Island Green, Onyx Black, Colonial Red and Acrylume.

UL 90 Rating

LT-100 and HT-150 panels have been awarded the Underwriter's Laboratory UL 90 wind uplift classification.

Class 90 as shown by construction Nos. 280. 310, 281, 308.

Air & Water Infiltration

Both panels meet the full performance requirements of the ASTM E 283 air infiltration test and the

ASTM E 331 water penetration test when applied over a solid substrate.

Installation

LT-100® and HT-150® panels must be installed over solid decking.

When solid decking is used it is recommended that a water shedding membrane be installed .

Minimum slope must be at 2 1/2" in 12". Consult your architect or engineer for requirements of local codes and conditions.

Production Notes

  • For panels over forty (40) feet in length, please call Coastal Metal Service.


  • Oil canning is not considered a cause for rejecting panels.
